Savile Rogue scarves getting their first outings over Christmas

Judging by our social media accounts, Santa was very good to lots of you and brought Savile Rogue scarves for Christmas.

Of course, that meant you had a great excuse to wrap up in your new neckwear for a Boxing Day game or just while out and about over the festive period.

Many of you kindly shared photos of your new scarf either being opened or being worn for the first time.

For instance, Heather Garland sent us a photo of her little boy wearing his Savile Rogue Burnley Youth Scarf for the first time (which you can see in the photo to your right).

Unfortunately, as Heather soon found out, once you’ve experienced a Savile Rogue scarf round your neck, it is very difficult to give it up. Sorry about that, Heather!

Another Burnley scarf got its first outing for the Boxing Day defeat to Liverpool. This one belonged to Gillian Bailey. Hopefully it will become a bit luckier in 2015.

Millwall fan Trevor got to wear his new scarf at the Den at the weekend.

And fair play to Manchester United fan Ryan Brennan, who realised that Santa has got to think of himself, too!

If your Savile Rogue scarf has made its debut, feel free to send us a photo on Twitter or Facebook.
