UK Mainland

• Standard £3.95 Royal Mail Recorded. Allow 3-5 working days transit.
• Express £7.95 Guaranteed Next Day. Delivery next working day (ie. not weekends or public holidays). Orders placed after 14.00 (UK) will not be dispatched until next working day.
• Orders over £100 Free standard UK delivery

Europe
• Standard £8.50 Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed For (5-7 working days)
• Express £18.00 DHL Express (1- 3 working days)

USA / Rest of World
• Standard £12.45 Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed For (5-10 days)
• Express £26.00 DHL Express (3-5 days)

Delivery information

  • Orders must be made by 14.00 (UK time) to be dispatched that working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders made after 14.00 may not be dispatched until the next working day. 
  • All delivery times are approximate. Please allow longer for delivery to remote areas, and during peak Christmas times.
  • A signature is required on delivery
  • If nobody is available to sign for the package a card will be left with details for redelivery or collection.
  • If goods are returned to us, a second delivery charge will be incurred.
  • Please note that as with any mail order company, delivery is out of our hands once the courier has collected from us and is subject to Royal Mail/DPD delivery terms and conditions.
  • We can deliver to your work address or an alternative address. However, we reserve the right to decline to ship your order to a different address, or at all, if we believe there is a risk of fraud. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns

We operate a “no quibble’ exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it, in its original and unworn condition within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. 

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST:
1. Before returning any goods to Savile Rogue, please email us at info@savile-rogue.com
Tell us the name of the person who ordered and / or the order number
State the item that you are returning.
State the reason you are returning the item.
Indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.
State the preferred delivery address for your exchange.

2. To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our warehouse in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely and you must include your delivery note or name so we know who it's from. We recommed you use Royal Mail's standard recorded service.

4. If goods are return from outside UK/EU please mark the box ‘GB returned goods’.

5. We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their original condition.

6. We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery except over the Christmas period (from October 20th) when returns will be accepted up to 10th January. 

7. The cost of returning goods to Savile Rogue is the responsibility of the customer. If we have sent you the wrong item, or it is faulty, we will reimburse your postage costs for standard 1st class recorded but not for premium services.
