Payment

Your credit/debit card will be charged when you place your order. If your card is not denominated in UK Pounds sterling, it will be converted by the credit card company at the exchange rate prevailing when the charge is made.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer, if authorisation is refused we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to delay any order for a security review.

When paying online we will ask you for your card security code number. For most cards this number appears on the back of the card at the top of the signature strip (we require the last 3 digits only).
