If you were out when the Royal Mail tried to deliver the order, they will have left a red card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery at no extra cost, or where you can collect it from. If they do not hear from you within seven days, they will return the scarf to our warehouse. We will then contact you to notify you of this. To arrange re-delivery from our warehouse at this point will incur a £4 charge. Simply click here and log in with your details and the order will be sent out to you again.
