20. What happens if I don’t like my scarf?
We are confident that you will be satisfied with any item your purchase although we will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of despatch (21 days on international orders). You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied with it - please click here and we will email you a returns questionnaire.
Please ensure all items are returned in a saleable condition with their original packaging and their labels and swing tickets intact. The date your items were despatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.
Savile Rogue cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit so you should insure the returned items. We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
For refunds, we will refund the original credit card charged only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).
