21. My order hasn't arrived - where is it?
Please see Question 3 for expected delivery times.
Once it is in the Royal Mail's hands, we are unable to do anything to influence the timing of your delivery. The earliest we can investigate with the Royal Mail is 15 working days after the date of despatch. If it is officially lost in transit, we can either send you a replacement order or refund you.
Before you contact us, please track the order yourself. Please look at the confirmation of despatch email, click the link to the Royal Mail website, and enter the 13 digit code we provided. This will tell you if the Royal Mail have attempted delivery or not.
Have you tried checking with a neighbour? Most 'lost' deliveries are signed for by a neighbour who forgets to tell you.
Did you check you gave us the right delivery address? If the Royal Mail do not understand an address they will return it to us. Inaccurate or inadequate addresses will incur a re-delivery charge of a further £5.

If you ordered using Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and the Royal Mail fail to deliver by 1pm on the specified day, you will be compensated the additional cost of delivery for this service.
