Orders normally take no more than 24 hours to process before shipping. If you place an order before 11.30am it will be despatched that day. Otherwise it will be despatched the next day.  Please take into account the weekends - if you order after 11.30am on Friday your order will be despatched on Monday.

You can also specify a particular week day on which we will deliver your package – this costs £6.45 under option 2 below.

We have two UK delivery options –
1). £4.00 Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, which requires a signature, but does NOT guarantee delivery times. You should normally expect 1-3 days transit time though in peak times it can take longer.
2). £6.45 Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day which guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day (ie. not on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day).

For either method, please note a signature is required and if nobody is in to receive the package it will be collectable from your local Royal Mail office, which will be identified on a card that your postman will post though your door. You will need to collect the package within 7 days or the scarf will be returned to Savile Rogue’s warehouse. You will then incur a further £5 handling and delivery charge for it to be re-sent.

The Royal Mail may pay compensation for loss or damage of an item posted this way. Please note that as with any mail order company, delivery is out of our hands once Royal Mail has collected from us and is subject to Royal Mail delivery terms and conditions. Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

International deliveries
For international deliveries we use Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed for, depending on the country, and no guarantee of delivery times are given, though usually you should normally allow 3-7 days transit time, and more for remote places.
