Your Shot – Terms of Use
The user, in submitting images to this website, grants Savile Rogue a non-exclusive license to use these images in the following ways:
Display on Facebook/Twitter and other social media
Display on Savile-Rogue.com website
Use in Savile Rogue marketing materials including email and other electronic communication.
We cannot guarantee that all images will be used in any of the above ways and no additional payment will be made for any such use beyond the Savile Rogue scarf of choice.
All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any recognisable individuals featured in the entries, or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured.
Entrants must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs.
The entrant gives their full consent for Savile Rogue to use any of images supplied in a range of formats outlined above on the understanding that the photographer will be fully credited for any of the images reproduced as required.
By submitting a photograph, you agree to the Terms of Use.
If your shot is chosen for publication
To qualify for inclusion on Savile Rogue, you must comply with the following additional requirements: In the event recognizable people appear in your photograph, you must be prepared to provide the Personal Release signed by those people, authorising our publication of the Photograph.
All participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed above.
